Position Overview
The Account Coordinator is responsible for positively representing TCR Engineered Components by providing customer service, processing orders, maintaining records, and problem solving customer issues.  In addition, assist the Program managers with administrative and clerical duties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities/Key Responsibilities/Key Duties
  • Communicate with customers by phone and e-mail concerning orders, returns, shipments and products
  • Initiate orders for replacement parts and/or for correcting errors
  • Daily processing of customer orders and change orders
  • Responsible for maintaining order book and entry accuracy
  • Provide timely feedback to department manager regarding service failures or customer concerns
  • Clerical, filing and administrative assistant to the Director of Materials & Customer Service
  • Learn and understand TS/IATF requirements
  • Assist in finding answers to customer questions
  • Assist with customer issues
  • Assist in forecasting and reporting customer activities
  • Provide monthly reporting as required
  • Act as operator for re-directed calls
  • Participate in company training
Desired and/or Required Skills and Experience
  • High School degree and two years previous customer service and data entry experience
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Experience using an MRP, preferably Epicor
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work with all levels of people and a strong team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Work at a fast pace and able to adjust schedule to meet customer demands
